How to teach a card to speak

Short notes on knowledge, persona, and what to do with the tasks that come back.

01

Write knowledge as facts, not slogans

“I take intro calls on Thursdays” beats “let’s connect.” The concierge can only say what you stored.

02

Pick a temperament, then edit the greeting

Lumen, Harbor, Vesper, and Pike are starting voices — clarifier, host, editor, closer. The greeting is the first line a visitor hears.

03

Publish when the card can answer three questions

Who you are, what you do, and how to take the next step. Everything else can wait.

04

Read tasks once a day

Unanswered questions are the gaps in your knowledge. Answer them, then add the fact.
